The
Elan 434 is one of Elans most recent and
exciting yachts; new to our fleet for 2008, she offers
quality cruising with 8 +2 berths in 5 cabins, is fast, easily handled for short handed cruising and most
importantly well suited to the cruising area.
“Threekays” can look after herself in a seaway, hugely comfortable and will please the most discerning
adventurer.
She has a slab reefed fully battened mainsail with lazy jacks and roller furling genoa; a standard powerful rig
configuration that suits the cruising area well. |
On board you will find a full range of navigation
equipment as you would expect: Radar, GPS plotter, Log, Speed, Depth, Autohelm and together with stereo
radio, CD player, shower, two toilets and much more, your comfort can be described as palatial.
An inflatable dinghy and outboard motor are provided as standard.

Charts/cruising guides: Admiralty charts for Orkney, Shetland and the Moray Firth area supplied onboard as standard, other areas can be added by Arrangement. Cruising guides are supplied once a deposit has been paid and can be purchased at the end of the charter.
Delivery of stores/victuals to the boat can be arranged by request to suit your day of arrival.
Sail Orkney will transport you from the ferry / airport to the marina at no extra cost.
Weekly charters normally start and finish on a Saturday from Kirkwall, however we are happy to alter this if other bookings permit.
